Community Service Project

Each month we will feature a Community Service Project that has been done by a Club or a District. If you wish to submit a project that your Club or District has done, please send us up to four pictures and a brief paragraph describing what the project is, when it was done, who it benefited and how many JOOI members helped.

The month’s service project was done by the Underwood Octagon Club from Underwood, IA. The Club hosted a Senior Bingo night for the Senior residents in their community. The JOOI youth posted flyers around the community and advertised in the local paper to promote the project. The bingo night was held at the community hall. The JOOI members awarded and had refreshments. The seniors and the JOOI Members all want the do the project again!
